The ES30 excitation system is independently researched and developed by Regeon Electric which owns completely independent intellectual property rights. The ES30 system is completely localized 1E class nuclear power plant emergency diesel generator excitation system.The number of certificate of identification of scientific and technological achievements is JKJZ 2014 No. 1177.
The emergency AC power system for nuclear power plant is class 1E system, and it is the independent medium voltage power systems in nuclear power plant. It is used to provide sufficient and reliable power for safe load in case of loss of off-site power supply, so as to ensure safe reactor shutdown, mitigate accident consequences, and prevent damage to important equipment caused by power loss. The ES30 excitation system can be used for emergency diesel generator set, which has fast start, high initial regulation characteristics and excellent loading and unloading performance, and plays a very important role in maintaining the safety of nuclear power plant.
The ES30 excitation system can be composed of self shunt excitation, phase compound excitation, or PMG power supply, which consists of phase compound excitation and/or other power supply, dual channel automatic voltage regulator and auxiliary regulator:
• Phase compound excitation: the operation is safe and stable, and it has the ability of automatic regulation the excitation current varies automatically with the load current and power factor; the high initial response; the short circuit current is effectively supported when the generator terminal is short circuited:
• Automatic voltage regulator: the AVR automatic voltage regulator can improve the voltage control accuracy during the phase compound excitation is running, also solely operates when phase compound excitation exit: high power rectifier,cooling mode PT disconnection monitoring function; the design of dual channels with self redundancy ensure the function of manual switch-off and automatic switch-off when faults are detected;
• The auxiliary regulator: the function supplement to the corrector to provide convenience for routine test; 100%redundancy, dual fiber communication between modules. powerful extensions: voltage setpoint remote adjustment function, FCR,AQR/ApfR, V/Hz limit adjustment function low excitation limit and over excitation limit; adjusting mode, module and tracking bumpless manual switching; rotating diode fault monitoring function.
